Fine Silver is my new edition to Silver Essence Jewelry.  I love working with sterling wire and beautiful glass beads, and now I am adding fine silver to the collection.  Precious Metal Clay (PMC) is my new love. 

PMC is clay consisting of silver particles, organic binder and water.  PMC is formed into your piece and fired in a jewelry kiln.  When the piece is fired, the water and binder evaporate off and a fine silver piece is created. 

Sterling silver is 92.5% silver and fine silver is 99.9% silver.  Fine silver will tarnish slower than sterling.  I am able to make unique hand crafted silver pieces for earrings and pendants.  I am also working on fine silver RINGS!
