Orders and Returns

Please visit my store on etsy.com. This is a secure website where you can pay by credit card or check. I do not list every item on my online store. You can always call or email me and we can see if the perfect piece is waiting for you in my studio.

I accept cash, check or credit cards. Please make checks payable to Silver Essence Jewelrt. All items will be shipped after payment has been cleared. Payments can be sent to:

Shipping
Shipping and handling charges are typically $5.00.  All purchases will be insured for the value of the items.  Each item comes with a silver gift bag (except Sterling Collars), instructions for care of your jewelry, return policy and information on the company. A receipt will be included.

Custom orders
I am happy to create custom orders.  Just give me a call.  50% down payment is required at the time the order is placed.  Please allow two weeks for custom orders.

SEJ Guarantee
I stand behind the quality, craftsmanship and elegance of my jewelry.  If your jewelry breaks due to a manufacturing defect, your item will be repaired at no cost to you. 

Returns
Silver Essence Jewelry does not offer cash refunds.  Store Credit for the value of the item will be issued.  The returned items must be returned in original packaging and in original condition.  Customer is responsible for shipping charges.
